BRITISH BUSINESS BANK -MIDLANDS ENGINE INVESTMENT FUND II

We're pleased to share that the £400 million Midlands Engine Investment Fund II has launched, unlocking additional funding to help smaller businesses in the Midlands prosper and thrive.

The Midlands Engine Investment Fund II aims to build on the success of the inaugural Midlands Engine Investment Fund, a £300m fund that launched in 2017 and has already supported 739 smaller businesses.

The new fund will help hundreds more businesses to achieve their potential and further increase the supply and diversity of early-stage finance by providing options to firms that might otherwise be unable to secure investment.

YOUR POOL CHAMPIONS ARE...

Thank you to those who joined us at Frames last week, with a special thank you to Tom Hooker, who helped organise this months event.
Luckily there were no tears, only some tantrums and only a few sore losers, but two nutorious winners came out on top; Shaun O'Brien and Adam Miller, who walked away with one of our £50 Mill Street Coffeehouse and Bar gift cards!

A SWEET TREAT...

You can never have too much chocolate, which is why we're introducing our delicious Easter Hot Chocolate special, topped with whipped cream, mini eggs and marshmellows.

Hop on down and grab yourself a tasty treat!

PAINTING THE WAY FORWARD!

A special business spotlight shines on the team at Crown Paints
We're proud to be working with Crown Paints alongside their 'Project Passion' campaign - particularly focusing on community incentives. Whilst they are a nationwide company, they wanted a personal touch, by reaching out to local communities but initally found it hard to do so.
And that's where we came in...

We're working with Crown Paints, as one of our Business Ambassadors, matching them with local community projects like Evergreen School (a special educational needs school based in Warwickshire). The local Warwickshire school is currently undergoing paint work on 88 doors, where Crown Paints kindly donated 70 litres of paint and materials to create a new look and feel for the school.

We're always on the look out for businesses wanting to get involved in doing some good.
If you have excess stock, a team with a skillset that charities may benefit from or time on your hands that can be better used elsewhere, sign up and find out more HERE.
